Site Reliability Engineer/ServiceNow SaaS (Onsite Hybrid) NTT DATA is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Montreal, Quebec, Canada team. The position is onsite‑hybrid, requiring office attendance at least three business days per week. Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Responsibilities: Deliver improvements that maximize availability and performance of supported systems through optimized and automated operational tasks, collaborating on operational tool development, problem management, and architecture reviews. Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and on‐premises Linux capabilities, working with colleagues to root cause problems and implement lasting improvements. Explore and deliver observability solutions—including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting—to define and measure product reliability targets. Provide dependable and responsive support during agreed hours, including participation in a global on‑call rotation with time‑off in lieu. Understand and document the company’s ServiceNow instances and related dependencies. Identify and prioritize technical debt that could impact client satisfaction or operational efficiency. Provide feedback on policy and procedures to continually improve SRE and operational practices. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably in Python. 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration. 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Ability to build warm, effective relationships with colleagues to collaborate on successful delivery. Dependable team worker with a demonstrated commitment to client services. Ability to respond appropriately during occasional technical emergencies, such as outages. Preferred Skills: Experience in ServiceNow administration or development (skills may be acquired via on‑the‑job training).
