Talent Acquisition Partner | Candidate Management, Onboarding, Hiring We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on candidate management, onboarding, and hiring processes. Responsibilities 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud SCM: Procurement (all sub-modules), Inventory, and PDH Modules. Planning and Costing experience is a plus but not mandatory. Experience in support projects preferred but not mandatory. Investigate, identify root causes, and resolve production issues in the above areas. Work on enhancements and defects in the above areas; experience in troubleshooting interface-related issues with the OIC team. Experience using tools like ServiceNow is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in metrics reporting to client stakeholders. Experience in managing a team of 8–10 people offshore.
