If you’re passionate about equipment reliability, team leadership, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.What You’ll DoAs Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the go‑to leader ensuring our machines and systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll oversee a talented team of Maintenance Mechanics, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and drive operational excellence across the plant.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor maintenance personnel to meet production and safety goalsPlan and assign preventive maintenance using MES (Hydra) softwareTroubleshoot equipment issues and elevate complex problemsMaximize equipment uptime and support production efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety protocols and issue Hot Work PermitsMaintain accurate documentation of machinery and systemsCollaborate with HSE to manage contractors and enforce 5S standardsParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and employee developmentDrive continuous improvement and support cross‑shift cooperationHealth, Safety & Environmental LeadershipEnforce IPEX’s HSE policies and proceduresConduct incident investigations and participate in safety auditsEnsure proper PPE usage and compliance with ISO standardsLead hazard identification and corrective action initiativesWhat You BringEducation & CertificationsCollege or University degree (or equivalent)Electrician License OR Millwright Certification (required)Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 training (preferred)Technical Expertise5+ years in leadership roles in a manufacturing facilityAdvanced knowledge of industrial electricity, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumaticsProficiency in MES (Hydra), Microsoft Office, and CMMS systemsExperience with plastic injection molding and ISO 9001 (preferred)Core CompetenciesStrong leadership and motivational skillsCritical thinking and problem‑solving under pressureCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentWho You’ll Work WithDaily collaboration with Maintenance Manager, Mechanics, Production, Mold Shop, and Quality ControlFrequent coordination with contractors, service technicians, and suppliersWorking ConditionsIndoor plant environment with moderate exposure to machinery and noiseOccasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical activity requiredPPE provided and required at all timesFast‑paced environment with changing priorities and deadlinesWhy Join IPEX?At IPEX, we don’t just manufacture products—we build careers.
