Director, Digital Product Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Digital Product Management to join our digital team. This is a people leader role that reports to the AVP, Digital Product Management. This role supports the digital client experience for Manulife Wealth, which includes a client mobile app and web portal. You will drive product strategy and lead your team to solve interesting problems with a focus on value, viability, usability, and feasibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web and mobile product management, demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Experience in wealth management is preferred. Position Responsibilities Own a digital portfolio of products that support the client experience, with a focus on driving strong business outcomes and high-quality experiences Own the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap along with the strategic direction for the team Lead and develop a high-performing direct report, providing mentorship, coaching, and career development Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives and digital transformation engagements Monitor and integrate client and stakeholder feedback through formal and informal feedback channels Own reporting and communications for the team, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged across the product lifecycle Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role and a consistent track record of successful web and mobile product delivery Proven experience leading and developing high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to define and drive long-term product vision and strategy, aligning digital initiatives with enterprise goals Skilled in prioritizing high-impact initiatives that balance customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use sound judgment to assess risks and create data-informed proposals Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Passion for creating digital experiences that delight customers Experience in wealth management is preferred When you join our team We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
