Structural Engineer

Overview You’ll join our Structural Engineering team and work with multidisciplinary teams on one or more projects. You’ll carry out consulting engineering tasks, including design, preliminary and detailed engineering studies. You’ll also help prepare engineering documents to design structures for projects in the heavy industry, mining and metals, energy, petrochemicals, environmental, sustainable development and other sectors. Responsibilities Design concrete and steel foundations and structures Coordinate design activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, etc.) Prepare estimates, technical specifications and reports Help with quality control of the work of technicians and drafters Help prepare estimates, schedules and budgets, where necessary Help plan, organize and assess work Help monitor site work, as required Assist with site inspections and surveys Perform other technical functions to support project delivery Maintain close and harmonious relationships with clients or their representatives Manage mainly single-discipline projects Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture?
