Summary
Provide exceptional service and memorable client experiences during the holiday season. Help clients with store information, products, services, and local recommendations while supporting holiday events and in-store experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver an extraordinary level of service.
- Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, resolving needs with care and professionalism.
- Provide information about the store, products, and services, and share local recommendations.
- Process gift cards, provide point-of-sale support, and support holiday events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for exceptional client experiences.
- Confidence using technology and computer applications.
- Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma.
- Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
