The Opportunity Manage achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the branch. Lead Branch activities with a hands‑on approach, completing and handling a variety of responsibilities to meet required objectives, as well as overseeing the development and management of branch personnel. The Role Maintain operation procedures and oversee daily operations of assigned branches & Branch Operations Leads, in all areas including, but not limited to inventory maintenance, shipping and receiving, purchasing, facilities management and financial accounting functions. Ensure inventory levels are correct and appropriate, allowing the branch to meet customer needs while satisfying inventory level requirements. Ensure the timely shipment and receipt of incoming and outgoing goods. Ensure that required parts, products and materials are available and, when required Ensure freight guideline compliance as it relates to Routing Guides, Monthly Cost Review and Corrective Action, to manage freight cost in line with target freight percent of sales Ensure timely provision of facilities services to assigned branches; Work with WIC Facilities Rep on facility moves/add/changes in line with established procedures Ensure all financial/ accounting functions are accurate and handled properly such as ensuring appropriate sales cut‑off, receiving cut‑off, approval and reporting of expenses Implement and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, and ISO policies and legislation. Ensure purchase orders sales orders are entered appropriately, filed and outstanding orders followed up with sales team and buyers. Respond to and troubleshoot errors, challenges and problems by analyzing internal and external environment, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and ensure branch success.
