This role is hands‑on and highly technical, with a primary focus on Level 3 support, proof‑of‑concept initiatives, emerging technologies, and documentation to support Network Operations. The ideal candidate brings strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to align technical solutions with enterprise‑wide IT standards and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy network, security, voice, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways) aligned with global standards. Diagnose and resolve issues related to network, security, voice, Aruba Wireless, and Aruba Central platforms. Coordinate with vendors on service changes, hardware/software procurement, and related activities. Maintain detailed documentation for procedures, policies, and operational standards across network and cloud environments. Implement and monitor security solutions in alignment with the organization’s Information Security Framework. Support incident investigations, including potential security breaches. Contribute to the development of Business Continuity Plans for network and cloud infrastructure. Travel up to 10% within North America and Europe. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Global Network & Communications. Qualifications 6+ years of experience designing and managing large enterprise networks and datacenter systems. 3–5 years of hands‑on Azure Cloud experience in hybrid environments, including cloud networking design. Expert‑level knowledge of switching/routing (BGP/OSPF) and Palo Alto Firewalls. Strong understanding of datacenter and cloud networking trends and standards. Excellent collaborator capable of leading technical discussions and influencing outcomes. Committed to best practices and innovation within network and cloud technologies. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. French language skills (or willingness to learn) are an asset. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
