This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager of Parts Operations Systems and Analytics.The selected candidate will develop and enhance analytics and reporting capabilities to monitor key performance indicators, uncover opportunities for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making. Acting as the primary point of contact for data collection, source management, and overall data strategy, the role will leverage modern tools to automate reporting, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights.**What We’ll Bring:*****Company & Culture**** A hybrid work environment* A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility and respect* Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career* A focus on respect for people and continuous improvement* Summer Hours – condensed work week during the summer***Benefits**** Competitive compensation package including bonus* Extended health care and dental benefits effective immediately* Company pension plan with additional employer contributions* Associate vehicle discount program* Reimbursement programs (tuition & fitness)* Paid holiday shutdown and competitive paid time off benefits* Sabbatical leave program**What You’ll be Doing:*** Utilize industry knowledge to analyze and integrate data from multiple sources* Apply statistical/analytical methods to interpret data, identify trends, and produce automated, insight-driven reporting* Apply data quality and transformation techniques to maintain high-integrity datasets.* Collaborate across business and leadership teams to ensure alignment of reporting and analytics* Train and support cross-functional teams on analytics tools and best practices* Present findings and insights to leadership, key stakeholders and other business units in a clear and effective way* Intake and assess incoming requests and effectively manage priorities.* Investigate the drops in the KPI’s due to unforeseen circumstances or system breakdowns and report findings* Drive continuous improvement by identifying, analyzing, and defining optimization opportunities across operations* Collaborate with Information Services to identify and design data pipelines for efficient and reliable movement of data from source systems* Automate routine tasks and reporting using VBA, Python, or Power Automate to streamline processes* Develop and maintain standardized analytics SOPs to govern the design, delivery, and use of operational reporting* Strong skillset with modern analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python, Analysis for Office, SAP BOBJ, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc.**What You’ll Bring:*** University degree or College diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.* 3 years of experience with operations data and analytics is preferred.* Advanced technical skills including experience with data analysis, Power BI, SQL, Python, Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, etc.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple changing priorities within a fast-paced environment* Strong presentation and communication skills* Experience with SAP (S4, BW, BOBJ, EWM, IBP) is an asset* Knowledge in supply chain and inventory management is an assetToyota Canada Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
