Job Summary Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector at Cintas Canada. Support the Rental Division by accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments for proactive repairs. Maintain a clean work area. Performance‑based incentive pay tied exceeding production standards. Responsibilities Safely and accurately hang garments on designated hangers. Visually inspect garments to identify needs for patching holes or tears. Maintain cleanliness of work area and stocking stations. Adhere to attendance and safety policies. Meet or exceed the production standard for hanging garments. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressure to complete work quickly. Requires standing most of shift, repetitive motions, bending, stretching, turning, reaching. May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station.
