Job Scope / ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Engineer (LED) to manage the operations, maintenance, and performance of LED display systems at client sites or venues. This role focuses solely on ensuring the functionality, reliability, and upkeep of LED screens, LED walls, and related control systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance for LED screens, LED video walls, processors, controllers, and supporting equipment. Ensure the readiness, cleanliness, and operational integrity of all LED display environments. Oversee daily LED system operations to ensure consistent performance and high visual quality. Provide first-level troubleshooting for LED-related faults, including pixel issues, signal failures, power module defects, and controller errors. Monitor LED system performance and user feedback to identify recurring issues or potential risks. Maintain up-to-date documentation of LED assets, wiring diagrams, maintenance logs, and service reports. Liaise with LED vendors, OEMs, and system integrators for servicing, repairs, firmware updates, or panel/module replacements. Support LED setups, testing, commissioning, and live operations for events or client functions. Ensure all LED-related work adheres to workplace safety standards and client-specific guidelines. Assist in documenting LED workflows, SOPs, and maintenance best practices. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in LED display systems and components. Good communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions. Able to work independently or as part of a site-based team. Willing to work rotational shifts, be on standby, and support events on weekends/public holidays depending on operational requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
