Role Overview:

We're seeking seasoned Interim CTOs to join our roster, providing strategic technology leadership and managing critical technology projects for our clients during periods of transformation, growth, or crisis. The ideal candidates are innovative thinkers capable of stepping into complex situations and delivering immediate technology improvements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology restructuring, turnaround initiatives, and performance improvement projects.

• Develop and implement rapid technology strategies to drive digital transformation, enhance product development, and improve customer experiences.

• Oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

• Manage technology aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic technology priorities and action plans.

• Optimize technology budgets, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

• Mentor and support technology teams to ensure continuity and effective execution of technology goals.

• Act as a change agent to drive technological and organizational shifts necessary for success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in Technology as CTO or equivalent.

• Proven track record in leading technology organizations through significant change, including turnarounds and restructuring.

• Strong technology, strategic, and analytical skills.

• Exceptional ability to quickly assess situations, develop action plans, and deliver results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.

• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

• Incorporated in Canada (if needed, we provide all the resources to help with incorporation).
