Responsibilities Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs. Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff. Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Establish administrative procedures. Manage the operations and activities of social and community centres, correctional facilities and detention centres. Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups. Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment. Represent the organization for the purpose of government liaison and media relations. Resolve conflict situations. Supervision 11-15 people. Additional Information Security and safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records. Transportation/travel: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, fast‑paced environment, large workload, large caseload, tight deadlines.
