Civil Engineer, Senior - Project Delivery GroupJoin Hatch as a Senior Civil Engineer in the Project Delivery Group (PDG) based in Calgary, AB, Canada. Hatch is a global engineering leader with over 65 years of expertise in mining, energy, and infrastructure.Role OverviewAs an Intermediate or Senior Civil Engineer, you will perform general civil engineering and design activities for mining and heavy industrial projects. You will lead projects in areas such as bulk earthworks, site drainage, mine and plant roads, and asset building.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the civil project team through to completion of assigned projects in bulk earthworks, site drainage, mine and plant roads design.QA/QC design calculations and contract documents.Assume responsibility for discipline practice on assigned project scope.Collaborate with project managers and multi‑discipline design teams.Drawings and calculations checking and verification.QualificationsExperience managing and leading projects within the Civil Engineering Discipline.Civil Engineering degree from a recognized engineering program.Licensed Engineer within the province of Alberta preferred.Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience (mining, energy or infrastructure).Project Management experience with mid to large scale projects.
