Join to apply for the Plan Sponsor Reporting Analyst role at Sun Life. We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our Group Retirement Services team as a Plan Sponsor Reporting Analyst. This 18‑month contract will allow you to grow your analytical skill set within a market‑leading, digital and data‑driven environment. What will you do? Develop and maintain complex Excel‑based reports using intermediate to advanced functions. Perform data discovery to identify and investigate data anomalies and generate insights. Liaise directly with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide suitable analytical solutions. Design and create visualizations that effectively translate data into storytelling for clients. Identify continuous‑improvement solutions to automate, consolidate, or discontinue processes, focusing on business value and efficiency. Build robust documentation practices across all analytical products. Comply fully with all privacy, confidentiality, and data security requirements including SLF Code of Business Conduct. What will you need to succeed? 1+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst or Performance Analyst role. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and VBA. 1+ years’ experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with SQL or Python. Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent work experience in a related field considered. Must be able to obtain and maintain required government security clearance. Bilingualism (French and English) required for Quebec positions; otherwise preferred. Experience in life insurance/wealth management or related financial services industry is an asset.
