They supply cutting-edge technology and services to thousands of clients in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.Job Summary:The Customer Care Associate reports to the Team lead/Supervisor. The Customer Care Associate provides guidance for customers entering the parking facility and provide customer assistance as needed.Location: NewmarketEmployment: Full Time, M - F, Temporary(2 – 4 months)Hours:9 AM – 6 PMCompensation:$17 per hourEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Reports to the Team lead and Supervisor to support parking operationsIdentify customer questions, concerns, and overall needsProvide accurate answers and solutions to customer queriesAddress customer complaints in a compassionate and patient mannerAnswer incoming calls and emails in an efficient mannerRedirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as neededFollow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all timesResponds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, and places E-service as neededObserve security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to managementBalance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shiftTroubleshooting parking equipment issues at the site levelI-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payrollComplete additional duties assigned by managerMandatory Attributes:Assertive and self-motivated dispositionStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills: ability to explain complex solutions and processes clearly to othersCollaborative and demonstrates strong interpersonal skillsSelf-managed while accurately following instructionsAbility to multitask effectively and stay positive and professional under high-pressure fast paced environmentsAdaptable and flexibleNeat appearance with a professional and positive attitudeSkills & Qualifications:High School Graduate or higher educationCustomer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity, is an assetExtremely professional with excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills (written and oral)Positive attitude and empathy for clientsSolid problem solving and decision-making skillsStrong team player with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customersValid driver's license and vehicle preferred.Precise ParkLink is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection processes and work environments.
