As a Senior Estimator, you’ll bring over 10 years of construction experience to the team, leading the development of project estimates and strategic risk analyses. With support from seasoned industry professionals, you'll refine your skills while managing estimate development and offering essential recommendations based on complex evaluations.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and coordinate project estimate plans • Lead total project estimate creation and management • Prepare Basis of Estimate and conduct Risk Analysis • Analyze project challenges and provide strategic solutions • Maintain current library of local estimating rates
Requirements: • At least 10 years in estimating within construction • Experience with estimation software like InEight • Degree or relevant construction qualification • On track to achieve RICS, CEP, or CPE charter • Excellent attention to detail and communication
