Financial Controller (Fast-Track to CFO) A fast-growing consumer goods company is looking for a Financial Controller to lead and optimize internal finance operations during an exciting phase of national and international growth. As the Financial Controller, you’ll be the financial backbone of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and smart scaling as the company expands. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a culture‑focused, dynamic environment. In this role, you will: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Ensure GAAP compliance and internal control processes Lead audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting Supervise the accounting team and support career development Improve financial systems, tools, and workflows for scalability Partner with leadership on performance monitoring and planning We’re looking for someone who: Is a CPA (or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Has led financial reporting in a fast‑paced or scaling environment Is confident with tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and other finance systems Brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership presence Can thrive in an office‑first, collaborative culture Why apply?
