Maximize project potential by adding value (design, user experience, site integration, etc.). Ensure compliance with municipal and provincial regulations. Analyze site constraints and propose appropriate solutions. Allocate tasks and mentor the technical team. Track project progress and adjust as needed. Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand and meet their needs. Share a structured methodology to ensure optimal project development. Hold a degree in architecture (or a related field). Are a member in good standing of the Order of Architects. Have 3–5 years of experience in architecture or real estate project management. Master architectural regulations and design. Are comfortable with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (experience in a BIM environment is an asset). Have a solid understanding of the National Building Code (NBC). Know the stages and levers of real estate development. Are bilingual (French and English)—an asset, not a requirement. Are proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). You stand out for: Quickly reading issues and smoothly managing complex projects from concept to delivery. Strong planning and organizational skills. A strong sense of responsibility. Mastery of project management methods and tools. Autonomy and initiative to move files forward. Operational rigor and attention to detail.
