These solutions are built to allow businesses to operate more efficiently, reduce costs and improve productivity and collaboration. Solution Architect Design and create complex, customized solutions for large organizations and government agencies. Work closely with clients to understand specific needs and objectives, then develop integrated solutions using Rogers’ standard products and services. Collaborate with Account Executives and other teams to identify customer business issues, present value propositions, and ensure successful implementation. Contribute to revenue growth by meeting or exceeding defined sales targets while creating positive customer experiences. Responsibilities Provide pre‑sales technical advisory services to sales teams, including product demonstrations, presentations, and architecture design. Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions, producing technical diagrams and documentation, and estimating project cost and resources. Interface with key decision‑makers (CIO to IT staff) and build trust as a technical advisor, participating in technology assessments, roadmap planning, and handling technical concerns. Design differentiated technical solutions, evaluate and select appropriate technologies, and provide technical guidance. Develop proposals and proposal presentations with Account Executives, and participate in discovery sessions and proposal development. Advance solution specifications internally for product fulfillment and maintain deep product knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture or related roles. Strong technical background in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking. Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies, with experience on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of APNs, BGP, DNS, and security best practices for data integration. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working in a fast‑paced, changing environment. French language skills preferred but not mandatory. Working Conditions Travel to customer offices required, up to 25% travel. Work from Rogers offices 4-5 days per week; remote work authorized for eligible roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
