Honeybee Benefits is our next generation benefits platform built for today’s modern workforce that empowers employers to compete better for talent.This role is accountable for supporting GreenShield administration partners from a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) perspective. This work includes developing PBM-related strategies and devising and leading PBM projects to support the GreenShield administration business partners.Develop & manage relationships with GreenShield Administration partners in supporting the PBM businessSupport partners with the launch of GreenShield PBM initiativesRepresent GreenShield’s PBM on proposals and finalists for new business where requiredDevise and lead PBM projects to support the growth of the GreenShield Administration businessParticipates in GreenShield’s Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee; acts as a subject matter expert bringing to inform drug benefit evaluation and listing decisions.Provides guidance on formulary development, drug benefit administration and drug claims adjudication while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pharmaceutical manufacturer landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Working closely with internal teams, such as operations, sales, marketing, and supporting functions, to ensure optimal project and program delivery.Attends and/or represents GreenShield at conferences and other industry eventsWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe’re not looking for just anyone.
