Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management. Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events. Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives. Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard. Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs. Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency. Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the supervisor or office. Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving and customer service. Ability to communicate in spoken and written English; French proficiency is an asset. Provide high‑quality care services to clients with current knowledge of community care practices. Reliable mode of transportation; driver’s license and automobile considered an asset.
