OverviewClinic Experience Associate – Calgary North, AB. This is a part-time position with hours on weekdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.About Rehabilitation Services: CBI Health’s Rehabilitation Services supports the physical and mental health and well-being of Canadians. We provide rehabilitation through a community-based healthcare team including Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Counseling Therapists, Massage Therapists, Consulting Physicians and Professional Support Staff. We offer evidence-based rehabilitation services for acute musculoskeletal and neurological injuries, chronic/persistent pain, chronic health conditions, concussion (acute/chronic) and mental health conditions. Our treatment plans are designed around individual needs and goals, adhering to best practices to deliver high-quality care and outcomes.About This OpportunityThe Clinic Experience Associate is the first team member a client meets when entering a CBI Health clinic. This role focuses on creating a welcoming and supportive environment, assisting clients with questions, and addressing challenges with a solutions-focused approach. You will help with client scheduling and other administrative duties to ensure effective clinic flow for clients and colleagues. The goal is to exceed client expectations by delivering a personalized experience and robust administrative support, ensuring full and efficient schedules.A Clinic Experience Associate is expected to be passionate about helping others, respectful and reliable, collaborative with the team, and committed to learning, improving and growing.What You’ll DoCreate a welcoming environment for clients, guests, team members and stakeholdersRespond to in-person, telephone and digital inquiries (email and SMS through Clinicmaster) within 24 hoursIdentify and mitigate problems or friction, solving them promptly when possibleProvide personalized interactions with clients and communicate needs to the teamSchedule private/acute clients based on the client’s Care Plan set by their clinician(s)Schedule to maximize client access to care (including online booking)Educate and support clients in using digital tools and resources such as the Client Portal and online bookingMaintain confidentiality of client records and personal health informationFacilitate effective flow within the clinicWhat You Need To Be SuccessfulA natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationshipsAbility to identify problems quickly and apply strong problem-solving skillsPro-active and results-orientedStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to switch between tasks quickly and efficientlyExcellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent listening and observational skillsStrong computer literacy with various applications and programs (Microsoft Office)Strong customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a cohesive teamWho You AreYou are outgoing and energetic, naturally welcoming and able to build rapport quickly.
