Job Summary Project Manager – OTTO by Rockwell Automation – Remote (frequent on‑site visits to Kitchener, ON) Primary Responsibilities Project Planning – define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, cost, detailed work plans, estimates, resource plans. Project Reporting – provide periodic status, financial (EAC, budget reconciliation), KPI updates. Budget & Resource Management – manage budgets, allocate & optimize resources, control expenditures. Communication – conduct meetings, track progress, communicate to project team, product teams, customer team. Stakeholder Management – communicate with all levels, manage customer relationships & expectations. On‑site Project Management – coordinate activities at customer site during commissioning, track open items, act as point person for changes & issues. Risk & Opportunity Management – identify & assess R&O, develop risk & capture plans. Problem Solving – analyze issues, develop solutions, anticipate potential problems, resolve conflict & issues. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship). Ability to travel within North America, Europe & Asia (~20–40 % travel). Valid full driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience. Additional education in business administration, operations, or project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Project. PMP or working towards PMP designation. JIRA experience. Experience aggregating data in Excel (pivot tables, LOOKUPs).
