Ensure the overall guests' dining experience provides a high level of service, FOH is in optimal condition and the environment and staff provide a friendly, customer-service focused experience Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the Food & Beverage management team Provide information and support to hotel guests Provide service training to servers Daily cash management withserver cash outs balanced. Squirrel POS experience an asset. Server scheduling to meet labor targets and customer demand Liquor management and inventory Provide service support and assistance on the floor Food and Physical Safety procedures and policies followed Brand standards and policies followed Stepping stone to further your career Qualifications What You’ll Need toSucceed: College diploma, university degree or equivalent working experience 2 plusyears supervisory leadership experience in a food & beverage position Strong influence, interpersonal, leadership, managerial, communication,problem-solving, and creative solutions skills.
