Corporate Legal Counsel We are looking for a sharp, business‑minded legal counsel to join our fast‑moving group of companies across diverse industries. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and leadership teams, helping shape legal strategy and structure across multiple growing businesses. What You’ll Be Doing Act as a strategic legal advisor across a group of dynamic businesses. Partner closely with founders and executives on legal frameworks that support growth and scalability. Oversee governance, compliance, and risk while staying practical and solutions‑oriented. Help shape internal legal systems, policies, and best practices. Liaise with external counsel when needed — but stay hands‑on with most legal matters. Stay ahead of legal and regulatory updates that impact our industries. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of legal experience, preferably in‑house at startups or tech‑driven companies. Solid understanding of corporate law, compliance, and working across multiple business units. Someone who thinks like a founder: practical, fast, and strategic. Excellent communication and judgment — you know how to balance legal risk with business goals. Comfortable working independently and directly with CEO and senior leaders. Proactive, collaborative, and highly adaptable to change. Why This Role? You won’t be boxed into a single area of law.
