About the roleAs a Team Lead - Master Electrician (FSR-B), you’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality solar installations. You'll lead electrical work for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.What You'll Do:Team leads are in control of the whole installation, making sure all team members have what they need to do their jobs, then completing electrical wiring, service upgrades, line side taps etc.They do site inspections, pull and close permits, communicate with the customer and ultimately are in charge of making sure every job is done at a best in class level, every time.Ensure monitoring systems are functioning and that payment is collected before leaving each job.Effectively manage their schedule to complete all of their daily tasks.Install, test, and troubleshoot solar panel systemsInstallation of electrical equipment such as but not limited to; main service panel upgrades, sub panels, line side taps, junction boxes, and disconnects.Running electrical wiring throughout residential and commercial job sites in a clean and tidy fashion causing minimal disruption to the site.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project successCoordinating the job effectively and safely with your team. Assigning certain members to certain tasks.Train and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and ensure consistency in installation qualityMaintain accurate records within CRM.Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation processFinal payment collection and monitor setup in customer’s home.Time management, setting aside a specified amount of time per week to go to future jobs for a site inspection with clients.
