As a Receptionist, you'll be integral to our team, responsible for a variety of tasks including liaising with clients and maintaining a well-organized clinic. Your role will require strong computer, analytical, and organizational skills, and you'll take pride in ensuring the clinic operates smoothly while meeting timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as liaison between clients and Physiotherapists
• Assist with busy caseloads for Physiotherapists
• Ensure a safe and organized gym area
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentation
• Process discharged patient charts and reports

Requirements:
• Experience as a Medical Office Assistant is a plus
• Familiarity with EMR
- Clinic Master preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
