Join our team in Kingston, ON, and become part of a legacy of exceptional customer care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kingston, ON, for a Parts Department Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring timely procurement of parts. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and supporting staff to meet departmental goals. In addition to managing and mentoring the parts team, the manager will work closely with other departments to streamline service parts operations and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills and experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management Proven expertise in Service Parts and understanding of parts department operations Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service Leadership and team management skills to oversee and motivate parts department staff Organizational and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage daily operations Experience in automotive parts or service departments is a strong advantage Computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive or business management are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
