This role will suit a professional with proven communication and technical skills in assurance, primarily on compilations. If you are seeking a career challenge and an opportunity to move to India for one to two years, our growing team supporting diverse global engagement teams may be the opportunity for you.The CRC Senior Manager will assist enterprise and ECS business units and the CRC Champions network with monthly reporting and budget modeling to manage CRC objectives and KPIs. The role involves providing support and guidance to offshore and onshore teams to ensure Canadian audit engagement teams can effectively leverage the CRC for compilations work.The focus will be on supporting engagement teams on compilations and formalizing processes and policies for risk management and regulatory compliance.What You Will DoOperationsOversee day-to-day operations with the CRC national management team.Support enterprise and ECS engagement teams in leveraging the Assurance CRC.Oversee the Quality (QMCI) team in India, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to ensure high audit quality.Prepare training materials, newsletters, and guidance documents for the CRC portal.Utilize firm processes to support the business.Manage the usage of One Port, updating processes and testing new ones as needed.ReportingSupport geographic business units in achieving CRC objectives.Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership, including financial results and trend analysis.Compliance - ControlsMonitor controls to ensure effectiveness and timely reporting.Work with professional practice and risk management teams to ensure service quality.OtherWillingness to travel internationally and obtain necessary visas/work permits for India.Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with offshore teams.Occasionally, additional work beyond normal hours may be required. Our flexible approach supports work-life balance.What You Bring To The RoleCanadian CPA or international equivalent.8+ years in enterprise or ECS practice, with 5+ years in management.Senior manager or similar, with at least 2 years at KPMG Canada.Minimum 5 years in compilation and team management.Resourcefulness, technical assurance skills, and strong organizational abilities.Bilingual in French and English is an asset; fluency in English required.Experience overseeing large teams (>100 individuals).Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe products.This position requires fluency in English to support national communication and documentation.KPMG BC Region Pay RangeThe expected salary range is $86,000 to $150,000, potentially with bonuses, based on skills, location, and qualifications.
