Align production plans for your sectors with the master plan and provide visibility. Communicate the plan for your sectors and its modifications. Monitor and measure adherence to the plan for your sectors (cycles and hours of delay). Create and provide performance reports for your sectors. Support your sectors in developing recovery plans as needed. Prepare scenarios to support manufacturing strategies for your sectors and provide: Visibility of the impact on labor (by trade and position according to the synchronized installation sequence provided by Industrial Engineering). Visibility of the impact on space. Risks of each scenario. Recommendation of the choice of one of the scenarios. Ensure the integrity of ERP system data regarding the various milestones of the master plan. Participate in production unit governance. Support and/or participate in improvement projects for your sectors. How to Thrive – Skills, Knowledge & Experience You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or operations management. You have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in planning. You are highly efficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). You have natural leadership. You must be organized, manage your time efficiently, and be autonomous. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a major asset. You have good analytical, communication, planning, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. You have an open mind and a team spirit. You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and are fluent in French and English.
