Why consider this job opportunity: Career growth opportunities within a dynamic and innovative company Flexible work conditions, including remote work options 2 weeks of vacation and 5 personal days to promote work-life balance Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage from your first day of employment RRSP matching programs and employee stock ownership to enhance financial benefits Lifestyle rewards to support employee well-being What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Act as the primary technician for configuring the software suite to meet client requirements Participate in discovery sessions to define and understand technical requirements for implementation Configure the software suite using workflows and business rules for optimal client business processes Serve as a customer advocate, facilitating communication with internal departments and cross‑functional teams Assist clients with end‑to‑end system testing, troubleshooting, and training end‑users on software usage What is Required (Qualifications): BA/BSc or related College Technical diploma; or equivalent applicable industry experience Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and network security Proficiency in MsSQL and PostgreSQL databases Experience working with Virtual Machines (VMs) and VPN connectivity Bilingual communication skills in English and French, with a customer‑focused mindset How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with Jira and Confluence Knowledge of HTML, AJAX, XML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery Experience with Java/Tomcat implementation on Windows/Linux Background in Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, or similar technologies Experience in the parking industry, law enforcement, or government software implementations #ParkingSoftware #TechnicalImplementation #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #BilingualOpportunities We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
