Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Sales Consultant based in Burlington, ON. The Consultant will engage with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting clients with product selection, maintaining a deep understanding of luxury merchandise, and creating an inviting and personalized in-store experience. The Consultant will build and nurture long-term client relationships while supporting the overall sales goals of the store. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to meet customer needs and drive sales Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to deliver a premium client experience Excellent Communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse clients and team members Passion for luxury products, with knowledge of fine jewelry, luxury watches, and related categories Ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field is an asset Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry #J-18808-Ljbffr
