Dans ce contexte, le rôle de SDET est clé pour assurer la fiabilité, la performance et la résilience des solutions que nous livrons à grande échelle.Aperçu du posteLe SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) est un rôle hybride entre le développement logiciel et l'assurance qualité. Il/elle conçoit, développe et maintient des solutions de tests automatisés robustes afin d'assurer la qualité des applications tout au long du cycle de vie du développement.Le SDET agit comme référent technique en automatisation, contribue à la définition des standards QA et collabore étroitement avec les équipes de développement, d'architecture et de produit dans un environnement Agile et DevOps.Responsabilités principalesAutomatisation & QualitéConcevoir, développer et maintenir des frameworks de tests automatisés (API, backend, UI, E2E)Implémenter des tests fiables, maintenables et scalables couvrant les parcours critiquesDéfinir et exécuter des stratégies de tests (smoke, intégration, régression, E2E)Assurer la qualité sur plusieurs environnements (DEV, INT, UAT)Collaboration avec les équipes de développementTravailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs pour intégrer la qualité dès la conceptionParticiper aux revues de code avec un focus sur la testabilité et la robustesseContribuer à la définition des critères d'acceptation et des scénarios de testsParticiper à l'analyse des défauts, RCA et plans de correctionIntégrer les tests automatisés dans les pipelines CI/CDAméliorer la stabilité, la rapidité et l'observabilité des pipelines de testsGérer les données de tests, mocks, stubs et environnements de validationStandards & Amélioration continueContribuer à la définition et à l'évolution des standards QA et d'automatisation HighspringIdentifier les opportunités d'industrialisation et d'optimisationAgir comme référent ou mentor technique auprès des QA et développeursParticiper aux initiatives de transformation QA chez nos clientsProfil recherchéCompétences techniquesExcellente maîtrise de l'automatisation de tests :UI (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium ou équivalent)Bonne maîtrise des frameworks de tests et des design patterns (Page Object, Screenplay, etc.)Compréhension des architectures modernes (microservices, APIs, event-driven)Expérience avec les pipelines CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)Connaissance des environnements cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP) - un atoutSolide compréhension des pratiques Agile / Scrum / DevOpsCapacité à aligner la stratégie de tests avec les objectifs produit et businessForte culture de qualité et de rigueur techniqueProfil idéal4+ ans d'expérience en automatisation de tests ou développement orienté qualitéÀ l'aise dans un rôle hands-on avec une vision d'ensembleAutonome, structuré et orienté solutionsExcellentes capacités de communication et esprit collaboratifBilingue français / anglais (selon le contexte client) #J-18808-Ljbffr
