Individually these are just words, but together they are our Values – Care, Commitment, Community, and Confidence.The Data Intelligence Business Partner is responsible for defining, prioritising, and delivering data products that meet the needs of the business unit (BU). The ADI Business Partner works closely with business collaborators and ADI enablement and delivery teams to understand data requirements, translate them into user stories, and manage the data product backlog.The focus is on understanding key areas of the business that we service and identifying opportunities where data products can accelerate growth, increase profitability, and reduce operational costs, in line with corporate strategic objectives. The role involves taking product opportunities from inception through to production launch and post-launch within and across key business functions.Come join our teamWhat You’ll DoEngage BU leadership to understand data priorities and support levelsCollaborate with technical teams to advise and support BUsSupport BUs with resolving data-related issues to enable executionAdvise BUs on methodologies for efficiency improvements through process and tool optimizationSupport emerging BUs with use case deliveryDevelop and maintain a prioritized data product roadmap with the BUEnsure collaboration with all relevant teams and usersEngage directly with users to understand their experience and requirementsWork with Senior Data Analysts and BU to track benefitsMaintain a data product roadmap focused on business valueDeliver data products that meet business needs and strategic prioritiesBuild and maintain strong relationships through communication of data solutions and outcomesWhat You’ll Bring:Undergraduate degree in a data-related field or equivalent experienceExperience working in a data-driven teamAt least 3 years of experience developing product roadmaps for technology productsExperience in consulting, innovation/startups, strategy, or transformation is consideredEffective collaboration and communication with stakeholders across functionsKnowledge of data quality, security, privacy, and governance standardsExperience with Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum, Kanban, Jira, ConfluenceStrong analytical skills and ability to explain complex data and technology solutions simplyOrganized project management skillsWhat You’ll Get:Rewards package including base salary, bonus, retirement plans, share plan, health benefits, wellness, and volunteer opportunitiesCompetitive vacation with options to purchase additional daysPrograms supporting diversity and inclusionWellness programs for physical and mental healthHybrid flexible work modelNote: AI tools may be used in recruitment.
