In this sales-focused role, you’ll analyze markets, secure competitive policies, and build long-term client relationships while delivering outstanding service. Income Potential: $60K–$150K Benefits: Medical, health, and dental plans available Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle: quoting, applications, renewalsBuild and grow a strong book of business via referrals, networking, and digital outreachAssess client needs and recommend tailored personal and commercial insurance solutionsApply underwriting guidelines for accurate, compliant policiesMeet monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standardsDeliver exceptional client service by resolving inquiries promptlyParticipate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skillsDevelop and maintain Centers of Influence (COIs) to support lead generation Skills & Qualifications Valid RIBO/OTL license requiredExperience in personal and/or commercial lines is an assetProficient in Microsoft Office; PowerBroker and Applied Rating Services experience a plusStrong multitasking skills and ability to work independentlySkilled at building relationships with COIsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Build Your Career at BIG At BIG, you’re not just taking a job—you’re building a career.
