The ideal candidate should have a blend of digital marketing expertise, project management skills, and experience in customer journey mapping and process optimization. This role will play a vital part in executing our marketing strategies, managing customer touchpoints, and ensuring seamless operational processes to drive engagement and increase traffic to our retail stores, ecommerce and B2B channels. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaign Execution & Management Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring effective audience targeting, engagement, and performance tracking to drive brand visibility and generate leads. Prepare creatives and content for all the marketing activities across the channels. Website design and development Design, develop, and customize responsive WordPress websites, themes, and plugins using HTML, CSS5, and PHP, while implementing UI/UX best practices to enhance user interaction, navigation flow, and overall site functionality and visual appeal. Retail Initiatives Oversight Execute strategic retail marketing initiatives, including launching new landing pages with appointment booking systems. Track branding rollout and monitor branding consistency across retail stores and partner outlets. Support and manage Google Review request and follow-up processes to enhance store reputation. Influencer, UGC Content generation and Event Management Plan and Execute retail influencer activity and UGC videos, monitor social media engagement and influencer performance metrics. Coordinate events and promotions, ensuring the timely execution of marketing materials and communication. Track event requirements, vendor communications, and event performance to provide detailed reports. Portal and CRM Management Updating and maintaining the customer portal, including content changes, user data updates, and feedback monitoring. Communicate issues faced in the portal or CRM system with the development team for resolution. AI Agent builder, Process & Automation Management Build & Implement AI Agents and automation tools to optimize marketing operations and data management. Support testing initiatives, monitor customer feedback channels, and track system performance metrics, create dashboards and automated reportings. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other channel stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, projects, and initiatives. Manage vendor communications and maintain records related to co-op approvals, vendor deliveries, and campaign support. Data and Lead Management Maintain and update lead lists in CRM, tracking segmentation, conversion rates, and lead data accuracy. Assist in data analysis and preparation of lead tracking reports for marketing campaigns and B2B inquiries. Branding Management Monitor store branding updates, ensure consistency across partner locations, and track co-op approval processes. Assist in maintaining event and branding records, support design and creative approvals, and track artwork progress. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles. Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics), zapier and powerbi tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively across departments. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager). Adaptability and Time Management: The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently without strict time limits, ensuring high productivity and quality output in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of web development frameworks and front-end coding.
