Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Graitec | Driving R&D & Technical Hiring | Talent & People Growth Overview The Technical Solutions Specialist has a focus on both pre‑sales and post‑sales of the StrucSoft product line. The role is predominantly a customer focused role with three main areas of involvement: 40% pre‑sales support (demonstrations, early discussions, product meetings) 20% Product development (supporting the development team, developing documentation, videos, whitepapers etc.) Running demonstrations and interactive discussions with the customer and prospects Scoping out the requirements and providing a technical proposal for the customer Working closely with the customer to provide “best in class” advice Configuring the customer workflows and advising on best practice Support the solution lines sales Working with the customer on providing a training/development program for a successful implementation Run all levels of training and consultancy based around standard material and real‑world projects Working with the customer on their implementation Ongoing support with the customers Product Development Supporting the development team on functionality, and future requests Becoming the go to person for the customer to feedback issues, wish list functionality, and good news Working with the country manager or solution lines sales rep on case studies Developing localized training material, competitor comparisons, white papers, and webinars Key Success Indicators Collaborate and work efficiently with the solution line sales rep in your geographical region to help drive awareness and promote StrucSoft Help win new business through demonstrations / prospect discussions Nurture current customers with the aim to add additional licenses Nurture current customers to renew Help the solution lines sales rep run quarterly webinars Ensure accurate data is entered into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system when dealing on support cases Contribute to marketing activity (creating social media or technical blog posts monthly) - validated by Marketing according to corporate guidelines Active participation and contribution into our global StrucSoft Solution community Work with the Global technical enablement manager to help improve processes and documentation Experience, Skills & Qualifications Revit drafting experience, using Revit in the workplace Minimum 2 years experience drafting in the construction, architectural or engineering industries Knowledge and experience with other Autodesk software ie: Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills, including face‑to‑face, telephone and written communication skills Professionalism, personal integrity, and reliability A positive ‘hands‑on’ work ethic Ability to learn new environments and be passionate about real customer success Capacity to work in an international environment Adaptability, autonomy, clarity in communication and collaborating effectively Driving for results and positive energy Highly structured with strong attention to detail while coming up with pragmatic solutions Strong French and English communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in light steel, light wood framing design, offsite construction design, or similar relevant experience Basic understanding of construction methods and documentation Driver’s License as this role will require travelling Valid Canadian passport – Travel into the US is a requirement Nice to have Worked with or familiar with StrucSoft solutions Experience working in a software company, Dev‑Ops or other software development platforms Knowledge of CNC machinery Previous experience working in pre or post sales customer service positions Previous experience providing professional training, especially surrounding software, or drafting.
