Base pay range CA$50.00/hr - CA$50.00/hr Talent Acquisition Specialist with in US IT | Sourcing & Hiring Job Overview We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Manager – Conversation Design Consultant to lead the design of AI-driven conversational experiences across chat and voice platforms. This role focuses on creating intuitive, human-like, and customer-centric conversational journeys by combining UX design, storytelling, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end conversational experiences for chatbots and voice bots Create conversation scripts, dialog flows, and bot responses aligned with brand voice Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenario-based conversations Analyze customer interaction patterns to improve engagement and usability Apply UI/UX principles to conversational interfaces across multiple channels Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams for delivery Create UX artifacts such as flow diagrams, mockups, and documentation Test and refine conversations based on user feedback and performance insights Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX design, user research, or customer experience design 2+ years of experience in conversation design, copywriting, linguistic analysis, or content design Strong understanding of chatbots, voice interfaces, and conversational AI platforms Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills Ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
