We’re building a thriving organization that’s purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is.As a Senior Accountant [Non-Audit], Privately Held Business Group your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional service to clients under varying reporting frameworks across different industries and sectorsPlanning, preparing and executing financial statement reviews and compilations, including budget and resource requirementsCompleting monthly and annual bookkeeping for clients (preparation and advisory) and assisting with payroll and HST calculationsPreparing various types of tax returns and responding to CRA requests for informationSupervising, coaching and providing timely feedback to junior engagement team membersContributing to the building of our reputation as the preferred business advisors in key sectors of our growing practiceOther duties as requiredDoane Grant ThorntonIf you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking. To get the conversation started, we’re happy to share that our current base salary for this role ranges from $59,000-$79,000 in Salmon Arm, BC.
