What You'll Be Doing:Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streamsStrengthen and grow existing customer relationships in your territoryPrepare proposals and negotiate contracts that deliver profitable outcomesDeliver presentations and sales strategies that highlight Badger’s valueMonitor competitors, market conditions, and industry trends to stay aheadCollaborate with your local branch on sales action plans and strategyTrack and manage opportunities in CRM to forecast and report results What We're Looking For:3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targetsIndustry knowledge in construction, utilities, mining or environmental services is preferred.
