Single Family Superintendent

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Single Family Superintendent to oversee the construction of single-family homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the construction process from staking to final completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction process from start to finish
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Schedule and coordinate all construction activities
- Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in single-family production homebuilding
- Experience with NewStar scheduling/estimating software (preferred)
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
- $92,000+ base salary + Bonus
- Company vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
