About the role We're looking for a Training Consultant to join our growing Atlantic Casualty teamThis opportunity can be based in any of the following Atlantic Canada Intact offices: Dartmouth NS/Dieppe NB/St John's NL.

What you'll do here: Design, develop and facilitate various training initiatives and programs relating to process and workflow changes, Closed File Review and Interval File Review Plan and process system access requests and develop training modules to support system learning and support for new hires and existing team members Collaborate with management to develop and deliver onboarding training materials, oversee scheduling and overall execution of the onboarding experience Develop a continuing education library of training modules Organize and coordinate training sessions for team members online or in virtual classes.

Attend meetings, work collaboratively with key partners and other stakeholders as required Support regional project management needs Act as an advisory resource for management team What you bring to the table: University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role Completed or working toward CIP designation.

Experience handling, training or mentoring auto and non-auto bodily injury and general liability claims claims considered an asset Open to designing and facilitating training through different approaches (e.g., classroom-based, online, etc.)Experience in e Learning design or training and development environments Advanced ability to communicate Excellent team player Positive and customer-oriented attitude Good organizational skills Advanced knowledge of the insurance legislative framework in all Atlantic provinces This posting expires 24/June/2024 at 11:59pm ESTThis role is eligible for employee referral bonus.
