Skills and Responsibilities:
• PDL Requirements and Responsibilities Manages and oversees technology projects with infrastructure deliverables of various sizes and complexities
• Responsible for all ITS deliverables of the project and is accountable to lead the ITS workstream
• Serves as the primary point of contact to the overall Technology Project Manager for the ITS workstream
• Develops projects ITS scope, cost estimate, resource requirements, schedule and communication plan for each project
• Leads project meetings, supports project teams through coaching and removing impediments to enable delivery of project objectives.
• Provides and facilitates effective communication about project progress, objectives and status to all relevant stakeholders.
• Manages project tasks, resources, cost, and schedule in order to achieve project objectives.
• This is a hands-on, deliverables-based position that has high visibility within Technology Services
• Develops an understanding of the technical / business aspects of the project in order to effectively manage the project and resources
• Works effectively in teams by being driven to win for the team, working well with diverse teams Scrum Master Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Acts as a leader and a coach for the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
• Facilitates internal team communication and effective collaboration.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Guides team to a high performing level thru self-organization and increasing level of scrum maturity by recognizing areas of strength and"
