What You’ll Be Doing
Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect heavy equipment and diagnose to identify necessary repairs and maintenance on customer sites
Provide a high standard of customer service when interacting with customers
Complete all paperwork on a timely basis
Maintain a clean work vehicle and work area as necessary to maintain a safe work environment
Follow all company policies and procedures, and governmental and equipment related safety requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)

What You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications and Requirements:

5+ years of mechanical experience, preferably working with heavy equipment brands like CAT, Deere, Volvo and others
Heavy Duty Mechanic license is an asset (310T or 421A), and/or highly experienced on the job
Driver’s license with clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract
High degree of mechanical aptitude – able to diagnose problems and identify practical fixes
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and experience dealing with customers in the field an asset
Possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, supervisor and colleagues
Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable juggling multiple and changing priorities – works well under pressure
