TA MISSION :
En collaboration direct avec le Directeur général, tu seras en charge de la gestion des opérations logistiques, avec un focus sur :
* Gérer les inventaires et les approvisionnements, préparer les demandes de soumissions auprès des fournisseurs.
* Produire des rapports hebdomadaires sur les stocks et la logistique, suivre les KPI des livraisons de sous-produits.
* Organiser la logistique des livraisons et soutenir la planification des opérations.
* Lancer et fermer les bons de commande pour la production et le stockage des produits.
* Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue pour optimiser les processus.
* Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et assurer un approvisionnement efficace.
* Faire des visites régulières sur le plancher de production pour suivre l'avancement.
* Préparer la documentation pour les expéditions et veiller au respect des normes BRC de sécurité alimentaire.
* La collaboration dans certaines tâches administratives et comptables complémentaires pourront être confiées en fonction des besoins.
Qualifications :
* Baccalauréat ou DEC en logistique ou gestion des opérations
* Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
* Connaissances du domaine de la transformation agro-alimentaire et des normes BRC, HACCP (un atout)
* Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
* Compétences informatiques : MS Office, ERP
* Capacité de travailler en équipe, habiletés relationnelles (tact, diplomatie, écoute)
* Capacité à évaluer une situation globalement et à travailler de manière autonome
* Gestion du stress et implication dans l'amélioration continue
Les étapes de recrutement : Le processus commence par un entretien en visioconférence avec notre équipe, suivi d'une rencontre sur site avec le Directeur général. Un troisième entretien pourra être organisé si nécessaire.
