As we venture into new markets and tackle unprecedented challenges, we are seeking a Product Designer to enhance both mobile and web product experiences. Who is deeply passionate about plants and related industries. You can creatively push boundaries to deliver user-centric solutions that resonate with our passionate customers.
This is a fully remote position. This role can be held remotely in Canada. You will be working with talented people across the globe. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Design Lead.
Responsibility
As a Product Designer at Palmstreet, you will be defining and enhancing the user experience for both mobile and web platforms. In this role, you will:
Maintaining direct communication with users to derive insights that inform design decisions, utilizing intuition to fill gaps and continuously produce comprehensive deliverables at every stage of the design process.
Be able to work autonomously on projects across all stages—from user research and wireframing to interactive prototypes and final visual designs.
Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to define and execute features, facilitating workshop and feedback sessions.
Actively contribute to the visual identity of Palmstreet, ensuring consistency and coherence across various touchpoints such as our website, social media templates, and packaging.
Enhancing and contributing new patterns to Palmstreet’s Branch design system, maintaining scalable and consistent design across our product ecosystem.

Requirements
3+ years of design experience at a product-driven tech company.
Demonstrated design excellence through a robust portfolio.
Experience in designing consumer-facing products.
Strong visual and creative skills.
Deep empathy for users and a customer-centric approach.
