Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Performance Test Engineer (Neoload). Test Engineer will design, execute, and analyze performance tests using Neoload. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues, provide recommendations for improvements, and optimize the performance of applications. The Performance Test Engineer will also collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand performance requirements and ensure the scalability and stability of applications.

Qualifications
· 5-8 Years Experience in Performance Testing
· At least 3-4 years of recent Hands-on experience with Neoload
· Should be an individual contributor as well as have the ability to lead.
· Strong experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics
· Healthcare project experience is needed.
· Disaster Recovery - Nice to have
