岗位职责：
负责区域城市营销活动策划及组织落地，联动供给、履约等团队，提升转化、客单、流量效能。
有策略意识，规划全年平台活动，建立用户对平台的认知，提升用户活跃和拉新。
通过观测数据对特定活动和特点用户群进行针对性策划，基于用户需求、商户诉求设计营销方案，理解业务、整合业务形成策略拿到结果。

岗位要求：
本科及以上学历，3年及以上区域运营、用户运营、活动运营相关经验。
有较好的活动策划能力和用户洞察能力，能独立完成活动的策划、执行和复盘工作。
有良好的项目管理和沟通谈判能力， 主动自驱，有责任心和团队意识，能协调多方资源高效执行方案。

Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and organizing marketing activities in regional cities, collaborating with supply, fulfillment, and other teams to enhance conversion rates, average order value, and traffic efficiency.
Demonstrate strategic awareness by planning annual platform activities, establishing user recognition of the platform, and increasing user engagement and acquisition.
Conduct targeted planning for specific activities and user groups based on data observations, designing marketing schemes that cater to user needs and merchant demands. Understand and integrate business needs to form strategies that achieve results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in regional operations, user operations, or event operations.
Strong event planning and user insight capabilities, able to independently complete the planning, execution, and review of activities.
Excellent project management and communication skills, proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Capable of coordinating multiple resources to efficiently execute plans.
