What You Will Be Doing: Learn and thrive as a valued member of a team that values Reliance and its customers.
Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessory items following manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and educate customers on proper maintenance.
Foster a positive relationship with customers, promote other company products/services, and showcase your communication and problemsolving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety regulations and never upsell unnecessary repairs to customers.
Highlight the advantages of modern energy-efficient equipment to customers.
Maintain company vehicle in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
Acquire HVAC leads and meet CPP enrollment targets set by the company.

General requirements met, with a minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
Possession of a Domestic Gas Fitter B license.
Minimum Class 5 Driver's License.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts when needed.
Physical capability to fulfill all job demands.
Proficient in clear written and verbal communication.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Comfortable with wearing company uniforms.
